The Board of Directors exists to establish policies and maintain the general
direction and control of the Alliance Credit Union for the benefit of all our members.
|
|
|
It is the policy of the Board to act in strict accordance with applicable provisions
of the Federal Credit Union Act, National Credit Union Administration Rules and
Regulations, the California credit union law, and applicable provisions of the North Carolina
credit union law and regulations.
|
|
|
The Board of Directors consists of no less than seven and no more than eleven members who must
be members of Alliance Credit Union, and are elected through a democratic vote by the membership
of Alliance Credit Union. All Alliance Directors are volunteers and serve terms of three years.
