The Supervisory Committee was formed to safeguard the interests and assets of
all members of Alliance Credit Union, by performing duties as empowered and
prescribed by California Rules and Regulations and the Credit Union Bylaws
Article VIII.
Acting independently of the Board of Directors and credit union
administration, the Supervisory Committee is empowered to conduct reviews,
annual audits, investigations and evaluations, as deemed necessary. These
actions may be performed directly by the Committee, or through internal and/or
external auditors as deemed appropriate.
