Alliance Credit Union is looking for a Part Time Financial Services Representative (Teller) to join our

Established in 1952, Alliance Credit Union is a member-owned, financial cooperative that operates in two
states. We have more than 40,000 members—served by five offices in California's Silicon Valley, and four
offices in North Carolina.
For more than 50 years, our services have grown to keep pace with the ever-growing needs of our members and their
families. Today, Alliance Credit Union serves approximately 400 employers, as well as anyone living in Santa Clara,
San Mateo and Alameda counties as well as three counties in North Carolina.

Financial Services Representatives (Tellers) are responsible for providing a high quality of member service in such activities as:
- Processing share account and loan transactions
- Cross-selling Credit Union products and services (Personal and Branch goals)
- Cashing checks
- Redeeming savings bonds
- Selling money orders and travelers' checks
- Accurately maintaining member account records
- Balancing each day's transactions and verifying cash totals
Requirements:
- Monday through Friday.
- Some Saturdays required.
- Strong emphasis on cross-selling credit union products and services. (Previous sales experience required)
- Excellent member service skills.
- Previous teller experience required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish helpful (not required).
