Starting on January 4, 2012, Alliance members now have access to the surcharge-free Allpoint ATM network. Allpoint has over 43,000 surcharge-free ATMs worldwide at common retail locations such as Costco, Target, CVS/Pharmacy, Walgreens and many more.
This means the Alliance ATM network now has more surcharge-free ATMs than the largest national bank. So no matter where you go, chances are there’s a surcharge-free ATM near you. Just look for the following logos:
The Co-Op Network has over 28,000 locations including credit unions and 7-Eleven Stores.
MoneyPass ATM locations include US Bank, Walgreens, First Bancorp, Kangaroo Express, First Federal Bank and many more.
Allpoint Network is the largest surcharge-free network and can be found in many retail locations including Costco, Target, CVS/Pharmacy, Harris Teeter grocery stores and many more.
Use one easy locator for all ATM locations – click here to find one now! Simply click on our Locations/ATM Locator link in the top right corner of every page to view an interactive map of all of our surcharge-free ATMs as well as Shared Branches. Or if you’re on your phone, visit myacu.mobi and click “Locations” or download the ACU Mobile Banking App for your iPhone or Android phone.
Traveling outside the U.S.? We also have surcharge-free ATMs in Canada, Mexico, Peurto Rico, United Kindgom and Australia.
If you happen to use an Allpoint ATM (look for the green logo) and a surcharge screen appears, click “Yes” to accept the surcharge and proceed with your withdrawal. You will not be charged a surcharge or Allpoint will refund your money.

2012 Elections
Three (3) Board of Directors seats up for election
Three (3) Supervisory Committee seats up for election
Volunteers are critical to the success of Alliance Credit Union. Our Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee members are all volunteers dedicated to serving the members of the credit union.
The Nominating Committee selects member candidates for each seat AND members can seek nomination to the Board or Supervisory Committee by submitting a current resume or obtaining the signatures of 100 current Alliance Credit Union members on a petition form obtained from the Secretary of the Board of Directors, P.O. Box 18460, San Jose, CA 95158-8460. Signed petitions and resumes must be received by the Secretary of the Board by Februrary 10, 2012.
Candidates seeking nomination should indicate the office and term for which they wish to run. Serving your credit union is a serious commitment. Because of this, it is required that all candidates:
- Be members of Alliance Credit Union
- Have no serious derogatory credit history
- Have no convictions for crimes involving personal dishonesty
- Be prepared to attend all scheduled meetings
- Have or develop the knowledge and experience to perform their duties
- Act in the best interest of the Credit Union at all times
The Nominating Committee performs credit reviews and background checks on all candidates. Qualified candidates may submit a statement of qualifications to be published in conjunction with the April statements. Statement of qualifications is due by February 28, 2012 and is limited to 1,500 words. Elections are held if there’s more than one nominated candidate per position. Otherwise, candidates are elected by acclamation at the Annual Meeting.
